What is the purpose of a training webinar?
Training webinars have been created by our staff to help new and returning families understand their curriculum and CCA policies and procedures. THERE ARE MANDATORY sessions to view marked in RED. In many cases, we will reference or ask parents if they have viewed the webinar before offering additional training or help. We feel all of these training webinars are essential to the success of every family and should be viewed before school begins.
How does this work?
Click on the tabs above to navigate to the appropriate Webinar choices. These webinars have been pre-recorded and can be viewed 24/7 from the comfort of your home and reviewed anytime during the school year. Be sure your volume is on so you can hear the speaker. That’s it! It is that easy!
I have questions. Who do I ask?
New families with general questions can ask them during New Family Orientation on Saturday, August 12th from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. New families can also ask their mentors. Questions specific to a teacher should be addressed to that teacher. Policy and procedure questions should be addressed by the appropriate Assistant Principal or Principal.
What should I have with me during the webinar?
We recommend you have your curriculum with you during the viewing of the webinar. The teacher will refer to it and you might find it easier to understand if you have the material in front of you. You should have a way to take notes during the webinar; Jot down questions or things to follow up on.
I have watched the webinars I need to, now what?
That’s great news! We think you will find your time was well spent. These webinars are available all school year. Feel free to check back and watch again!
